We are on a journey to build a dermacare brand for India that is focused on trust and efficacy. As a Packaging Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our packaging operations forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scouting newer and innovative packaging designs and materials that align with our brand language
  • Identifying and developing packaging vendors (India and overseas) to meet business requirements
  • Conducting detailed studies of packaging materials and costs to identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Arranging samples of shortlisted components for production trials and secondary pack development
  • Providing technical support for final component approvals
  • Working closely with internal departments, including branding, marketing, supply chain, logistics, and more
  • Troubleshooting packaging-related issues and improving existing testing protocols, sampling plans, and rejection criteria

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience in packaging
  • Prior experience in the beauty, wellness, and personal care industry is highly preferred
  • Qualification from the Indian Institute of Packaging is highly preferred
