Job Title: Senior Tech Lead-Java

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tech Lead to lead our development team in creating high-quality software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and maintain complex applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
  2. Deploy and manage scalable applications on Kubernetes.
  3. Implement efficient messaging solutions using Kafka.
  4. Collaborate with Oracle databases to design and optimize data storage solutions.
  5. Participate in the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) process, utilizing Jenkins for automated deployments.
  6. Work collaboratively with the team using Source Code Management (SCM) tools like Bitbucket/Git.
  7. Document processes and solutions using project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  8. Engage in new and challenging work, demonstrating a proactive and adaptive approach.
  9. Presentation of technical solutions and project updates to stakeholders.
  10. Leverage cloud technologies to enhance application performance and scalability.
  11. Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies using frameworks like Cucumber and BDD.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
  2. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Kafka.
  3. Strong knowledge of Oracle databases.
  4. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins.
  5. Proficient in using SCM tools like Bitbucket/Git.
  6. Experience with JIRA and Confluence for documentation and project management.
  7. Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
  8. Knowledge of cloud technologies and their application in software development.
  9. Experience with TDD frameworks like Cucumber and BDD.
  10. A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
