Job Title: Tech Lead

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead full-stack development, architect scalable solutions, and drive technical excellence across projects.

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading backend architecture and development, guiding a team of engineers, and delivering high-performance applications.

You will work on integrations, custom solutions, and platforms like Magento, WordPress, and Shopify, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead backend development using Laravel and modern PHP frameworks
  • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
  • Manage system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services
  • Oversee projects involving Magento, WordPress, Shopify, and related stacks
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
  • Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentation

Requirements:

5-7 years of backend development experience in PHP, with deep expertise in Laravel

Experience working with Magento, WordPress, and Shopify

Strong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks

Proficiency in: PHP, Laravel, Java, ReactJS, Node.js, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, version control (Git), cloud platforms (AWS)

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to handle multiple clients

Flexibility to work in a small company
