Senior Hardware Designer Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Designer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent program and extensive experience in industrial or automotive design.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing complex electronic systems, including system/component design, EE architecture topologies, and safety considerations. Additionally, they should have familiarity with vehicle bus communication protocols (ETH/CAN FD/LIN/LVDS) and troubleshooting tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing complex electronic systems, including system/component design, EE architecture topologies, and safety considerations.
  • Familiarity with vehicle bus communication protocols (ETH/CAN FD/LIN/LVDS) and troubleshooting tools.
  • Experience in EMI/EMC design, test, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of thermal management for ECU embedded electronics.
  • Ability to support multiple expertise domains.
  • Participating in schematic and layout design reviews and leading design teams.
  • Familiarity with Altium toolset (Schematic Capture, PCB Layout review, High complex multilayer layout design, PCB layer stack-up design, PCB design rules, PCB to Mechanical interfaces).

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 6-9 years experience in Altium toolset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.
