  • Design and Technical Support: Developing and reviewing structural drawings, bills of quantities, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.">
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Preparing project schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates to ensure smooth project execution.">
  • Site Supervision and Execution: Overseeing site works, ensuring that design intent and quality standards are met, and monitoring contractors and labor teams for timely completion.">
  • Quality and Safety: Implementing quality control procedures for construction materials, ensuring safety practices are followed at construction sites, and conducting regular inspections and providing site progress reports.">
  • Quantity and Cost Control: Preparing and verifying material quantities for procurement, checking contractor bills, and certifying measurements for payment processing.">
  • Client and Team Communication: Assisting in explaining technical details to clients, acting as a bridge between office design teams and on-site execution teams, and attending review meetings to provide technical inputs.">
