About the Role:

As a seasoned professional with 9-12 years of experience in leading teams and designing scalable and secure data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise to drive business growth.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions, including integration with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Lead a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts in delivering scalable and secure data solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimize data pipelines.
  • Define and implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies leveraging Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics to drive business insights.
  • Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency to maximize business value.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake) to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance to ensure data quality and integrity.
