The Role

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD functional specifications, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  • Configure and implement the SAP SD module, including pricing, sales order management, shipping, and billing processes, to drive business efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SD with other SAP modules, such as MM, FI, and CO, to achieve a unified business vision.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of the SAP SD module.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP SD module, leveraging your expertise to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and data migration activities, ensuring a smooth transition to new technologies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and training materials, ensuring that knowledge is shared and retained within the organization.
  • Stay updated on SAP best practices and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive business innovation and growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, order management, and distribution logistics, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in SAP customization, including user exits, enhancements, and reports, to tailor the SAP SD module to meet business needs.
  • Experience with integration points between SAP SD and other modules, ensuring seamless data exchange and business process integration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) and e-commerce integration, with a focus on driving business efficiency and growth.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies, applying this knowledge to drive business agility and innovation.

Ideal Profile

  • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in business and technology.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience, ideally within an IT Consulting role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments, with a focus on delivering results in fast-paced and dynamic business settings.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding business expectations.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data, with a focus on driving business insights and decision-making.
