Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and implementation of secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) initiatives. This includes ensuring security is integrated into every stage of the development process, from design to deployment.

  • We are looking for a skilled expert who can implement and manage security tools within CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps) to ensure continuous testing and integration of secure code.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for web applications, APIs, iOS, and Android apps, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
  • You will provide guidance on security architecture to engineering and IT teams, optimizing production code security and reducing vulnerabilities.
  • A strong background in threat modeling, design reviews, and risk management is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will oversee and optimize web application firewalls (WAF) to ensure robust application security and prevent potential threats.
  • We need a leader who can design and implement effective security training programs to promote a culture of security awareness across the organization.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing and resolving security issues identified during penetration tests and bug bounty programs.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on SDLC, DevSecOps, and security architecture.
  • Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
