About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Treasury Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our organization's short-term liquidity.

About the Job:

This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely cash management and supporting global financial operations. You will perform daily cash management tasks, including monitoring cash balances, bank reporting, and maintaining treasury dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management: Perform daily cash management tasks, including monitoring cash balances, bank reporting, and maintaining treasury dashboards.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and conduct variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements.
  • Bank Relationships: Monitor and manage our organization's bank relationships and overall liquidity.
  • Debt Schedule: Oversee and manage our organization's debt schedule, ensuring all obligations are met on time.
  • Global Coordination: Coordinate with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities, ensuring accurate and timely wire payments.
  • Account Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and maintain account records.
  • Data Gathering: Collaborate with the Finance and Operations teams to gather data for cash forecasting and to facilitate banking transactions and approvals.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing a treasury or cash management function.
  • Financial Principles: Proficiency in financial and cash management principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Sensitive Information: Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately, including maintaining SOX and audit trails.
  • Process Improvement: Interested in process improvement, with a focus on defining and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and increasing process efficiencies.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Teamwork: A team player who can effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple departments.
