We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Technical Project Manager to join our team, specifically focusing on Pega Systems as the underlying workflow engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run multiple projects of varying complexity and size simultaneously, collaborating with Business Operations teams and Process Owners to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Document business requirements and system requirements in ADO, working closely with the Lead BA/PM to prioritize and plan opportunities into the Product Roadmap.
  • Lead all aspects of business analysis and project management in the delivery of projects, ensuring regular high-quality updates for stakeholders.
  • Active participation in 'Amigo' requirements refinement sessions, providing subject matter support during Build and Test, and undertaking UAT for projects/changes.
  • Support the business teams following deployment to Production, and collaborate with the Change Management team by attending workshops or Client demos.

Your Profile:

  • A Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience working on high-pressure Finance projects, able to articulate the value added.
  • A proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Prior experience of building strong stakeholder relationships, delivering process engineering/efficiency projects, and acting as a liaison/interface between business users and technology teams.
  • Able to work with ambiguity and a minimal brief, taking the initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate.
  • An excellent track-record of solving complex problems with focus and determination, with a proactive approach to driving results.
  • Able to understand complex technical concepts, following SDLC processes, and possessing good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive learning style, highly inquisitive, and curious attitude.
  • Prior experience in delivering projects in Pega and Azure DevOps is advantageous, as is an understanding of automation and related productivity tools.
