We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Financial Reporting Specialist. This position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting across the organization.

About the Role

The Financial Reporting Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance financial reporting processes. They will also work closely with other departments to ensure that financial reports meet the needs of stakeholders and are presented in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and present financial reports to stakeholders
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that financial reports meet the needs of stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and develop strategies to implement these improvements
Requirements
  • Fully qualified CA or CMA with at least 3-6 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis
  • Advanced data analytical skills for using spreadsheets or business intelligence tools
  • Experience working with financial systems and software, including SAP
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using accounting technology applications
  • Knowledge of Controlling and MM modules in enterprise resource planning systems
  • Experience working in a multinational environment
