Financial Crimes Compliance Specialist Job DescriptionThe Role

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the effective functioning of Financial Crimes Compliance processes across APAC. As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to support the Global Compliance Testing function in conducting in-depth reviews and targeted risk-based assessments.

Responsibilities:
  • To perform deep dives and targeted risk-based reviews of Financial Crimes Compliance processes across APAC.
  • To identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing compliance controls.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless execution.
  • To stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure adherence to global standards.
Requirements

This position requires:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Crimes Compliance or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
