Graphic Design Professional

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Design Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Create innovative and impactful graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including websites, social media posts, advertisements, brochures, posters, presentations, and more.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW to develop high-quality designs. Apply knowledge of Figma to create user interface (UI) designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines, delivering consistent visual identities across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer innovative ideas that align with the brand's goals, audience, and market trends.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and design quality is maintained.
  • Prepare production-ready design files, optimizing assets for digital and print formats, including resolution, file types, and color modes.
  • Leverage After Effects to create engaging animations and motion graphics for use in digital advertising, social media, and promotional content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma and After Effects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and basic knowledge of Figma and After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, colour theory, layout, and composition, with the ability to create visually compelling content.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision in all design elements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work efficiently under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with other designers, marketers, and developers.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present design concepts and ideas to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in design trends, software tools, and project requirements.
