Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive Design Requirements Documents that serve as blueprints for product development.

  • Define initiatives that reduce total cost of ownership while enhancing manufacturability and scalability.

Requirements:

To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding position, you must have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in industrial design, preferably with high-volume electronic or hardware products.
  • Proven track record of translating customer and market insights into successful, user-centric product designs.
  • Strong expertise in field research, usability studies, requirement gathering, and manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead small, high-performing design teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across technical and leadership levels.
