Advanced Automotive Structure Developer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing body-in-white (BIW) structures for the automotive industry.
- You will design and develop BIW components using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to meet manufacturing feasibility and tooling requirements.
- Develop BIW panels for the automotive industry while considering material properties, structural integrity, and manufacturability.
- Create master sections and interpret results of structural, static, and dynamic simulations to optimize component performance.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM), manufacturing feasibility, and tooling feasibility of BIW components to drive cost optimization and efficiency.
- Have expertise in materials science, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and stack-up analysis to ensure high-quality products.
- Proficient in Team Center and other relevant tools to manage data and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in design reviews and packaging reviews to provide solutions and quick actions that align with business objectives.
You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams and handle project plans and team management to ensure successful project delivery.
