About the Role

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel prospective students on our course offerings and guide them through the admission process.
  • Manage leads, record, and follow up with given prospects to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures, ensuring they make informed decisions.
  • Deliver personalized guidance through data-driven insights and online interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of telephonic and walk-in interactions for the day.
  • Handle queries efficiently over the phone.
  • Collect feedback from participants and consolidate the findings to improve services.
  • Convert leads into successful admissions.

What We Offer

This internship provides a stipend of 18,000 and offers the possibility of a full-time role with a competitive salary after successful completion of the program.
