Uncover Investment Opportunities as a Performance Analyst

This is a Performance Analyst role that involves in-depth performance analysis and attribution. The incumbent will reconcile and update portfolio benchmark performance, validate security level discrepancies in Global Performance Measurement and Risk applications, and ensure timely resolution of issues while keeping management informed.

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills to answer questions from other performance analysts, operations associates, portfolio managers, and other users regarding the details of performance calculation process and auditing procedures.

  • Perform daily processes accurately and in accordance with defined time frames and client requirements
  • Identify unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and report/escalate accordingly
  • Maintain a best practice process workflow environment in the team
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and validate new performance analytical reports
Requirements:
  • Post Graduate degree in Finance, preferably an MBA
  • FRM/CFA Financial industry related certification is an added advantage
  • Fresher/experienced candidate with 3-4 year post-graduation experience in any financial firm
  • Experience in Performance Measurement will be an added advantage
