Job Summary:

Deputy/Group Manager Role

This exciting Deputy/Group Manager position offers an opportunity to lead a team of professionals and contribute to the organization's success. As a key member of our General Ledger team, you will play a critical role in supporting month end and year end books closing processes for various entities. Your analytical skills will be essential in analyzing Balance Sheets and Profit and Loss statements on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities:
  1. Month End and Year End Books Closing Process Support: Ensure timely completion of financial close activities for assigned entities.
  2. Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Analysis: Analyze monthly financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Transfer Pricing Review: Conduct reviews of Transfer Pricing arrangements and underlying transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Intercompany Transaction Review: Review Intercompany transactions and ensure timely settlement on a monthly basis.
  5. SOX Controls Review: Review SOX controls and approve the checklist on a monthly basis.
  6. Schedule Formation and Disclosure Requirements: Review schedules forming backup for notes to financial statements and other disclosure requirements for various audit entities.
  7. Statutory Audits and Filings: Coordinate with statutory auditors and provide relevant details for filings with company houses to the Legal team.
  8. Internal Processes and Controls Optimization: Review internal processes and controls to ensure they are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with Company House and other regulatory filing requirements for various entities as per local laws.
