Senior Power Apps / Power Platform Developer Position

This is a senior-level opportunity that requires expertise in designing, developing, and implementing business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5+ years of experience in migrating legacy InfoPath forms to Power Apps within Microsoft 365, modernizing workflows, and building scalable, automated solutions that improve business processes across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint, with a proven ability to architect solutions, drive governance, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate legacy InfoPath forms into Power Apps, ensuring modern, efficient, and user-friendly replacements.
  • Develop complex Power Apps solutions (Canvas & Model-Driven) integrated with Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Build and optimize workflow automation using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proven track record of migrating InfoPath forms to Power Apps.
  • Advanced expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, etc.).
