Software Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a seasoned software quality assurance professional to join our team and take charge of ensuring the reliability and performance of our software applications.

  • This position requires a deep understanding of testing methodologies, principles, and best practices in order to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for both automation and manual testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing robust and efficient test scripts using various programming languages and automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress.
  • Identifying and defining test scenarios and test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
  • Collaborating with developers and product managers to design and implement test automation frameworks that integrate seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Conducting detailed manual testing of applications across different platforms and devices.
  • Ensuring thorough testing meets industry standards and requirements.
  • Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams regarding testing progress and quality metrics.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
  • Expertise in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in API testing and knowledge of testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
