Third-party Risk Manager And Pune Site Lead For Markets Operational Risk


Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the oversight and enhancement of third-party risk management within our Markets business.

The ideal candidate will serve as the Operational Risk site lead for our new location in Pune, ensuring adherence to our Third-Party Management Policy and Standards.

The successful candidate will support the effective implementation of the Manager Control Assessment, driving continuous engagement with business and control partners.

A key aspect of this role is setting up and supporting a more dynamic change program across third-party risk activities.

This will involve enhancing agility, strengthening risk mitigation, and improving alignment with evolving business priorities.

The role will also involve:

  • Assisting the Business in key policy adherence and monitoring
  • Maintaining open communication with Management on the risk and control environment of the Business
  • Updating and maintaining a robust Manager's Control Assessment (MCA) in compliance with our Citi Operational Risk Policy
  • Serving as the main point of contact for audit groups and ensuring that all audit requests are timely and appropriately provided

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Operational Risk Management, Audit, Compliance or other control function.

Familiarity with Third Party Risk Management and Project Management is also required.

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and exceptional communication skills are essential for this role.
