Nephrology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to provide clinical expertise in kidney diseases and dialysis procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic kidney diseases through patient consultations, follow-ups, and long-term disease management
  • Overseeing and performing dialysis and hemodialysis procedures, including pre- and post-kidney transplant care in collaboration with transplant teams
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams (Cardiology, Critical Care, Urology, Endocrinology, etc.) to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Participating in hospital CMEs, clinical audits, and quality improvement programs to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • MBBS from a recognized medical college (mandatory)
  • MD (General Medicine) followed by DM (Nephrology) or equivalent DNB (Nephrology) from an NMC-recognized institute (mandatory)
  • Proven expertise in dialysis, hemodialysis, and transplant nephrology
  • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary hospital environment with a patient-first approach
  • Previous experience in a tertiary care hospital preferred (fresh DM/DNB graduates may also apply)
