Key Role: Email Marketing Expert

This pivotal role involves crafting, executing, and optimizing impactful email campaigns that drive client objectives and enhance audience engagement. Email marketing professionals in this position leverage expertise in various platforms and database segmentation to deliver targeted campaigns.

Critical Responsibilities:

  • Email Platform Management: Demonstrating comprehensive proficiency with ESP platforms, including Netcore EMM and Octane. This entails setting up campaigns, managing templates, configuring automation workflows, and troubleshooting platform-specific issues for smooth operation.
  • Database Segmentation and Targeting: Applying advanced knowledge to segment client databases and create specific target audiences for email campaigns. Analyzing demographics, behaviors, and preferences maximizes campaign relevance and conversion rates.
  • Client Communication and Coordination: Serving as a key point of contact for clients regarding email marketing initiatives. Gathering campaign requirements, providing updates on progress, addressing feedback, and ensuring alignment with client expectations and marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization: Overseeing the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns from scheduling and deployment to monitoring performance. Analyzing campaign metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing A/B tests or optimization strategies to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Performance Reporting: Generating detailed reports on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams. Translating complex data into actionable strategies for future campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Email Panel Proficiency: Comfortable navigating and utilizing various ESP platforms, particularly tools like Netcore EMM and Octane.
  • Database Segmentation Expertise: Possessing a deep understanding of database management and segmentation techniques, capable of carving out specific audience groups to ensure precise targeting.
  • Client Coordination Acumen: Proven ability to effectively coordinate with clients, manage expectations, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of email marketing executions.
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills enable articulate ideas, effective presentation of campaign results, and building strong relationships with clients and team members.
