Job Title: Experienced SAP Ariba Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver value through digital transformation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions, driving effective project delivery.
  • Support end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFx, auctions, contract management, and supplier collaboration, to optimize procurement efficiency.
  • Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ERP/S4 HANA and other systems as required, leveraging expertise in integration and data exchange.
  • Provide expert guidance on sourcing workflows, templates, and approvals, streamlining processes and improving user experience.
  • Conduct thorough system testing, training, and user support, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal utilization of SAP Ariba Sourcing capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality, delivering timely and effective resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of SAP experience, with 3+ years focused on SAP Ariba Sourcing, showcasing extensive knowledge and expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management), highlighting ability to adapt and leverage various tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM), reinforcing ability to drive digital transformation and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4 HANA integration, demonstrating capacity for innovation and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, essential for effective collaboration and team leadership.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to Ariba downstream modules (P2P, Buying & Invoicing), indicating willingness to learn and expand skill set.
  • Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations, showcasing adaptability and ability to navigate complex projects.
  • Knowledge of supplier enablement and compliance processes, highlighting commitment to best practices and regulatory adherence.
