Pocket FM seeks a skilled Frontend Developer to create engaging user experiences.

This role involves designing, developing and maintaining responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create highly interactive web applications that meet user expectations.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Own end-to-end delivery from technical design to deployment and monitoring.
  • Optimize for speed, scalability, SEO and accessibility.
  • Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
  • Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and bugs and resolve them.
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js and modern web ecosystems.
  • Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand or Recoil.
  • Solid understanding of web performance, browser rendering and SEO best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a good grasp of data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL and frontend build tools like Webpack and Vite.
  • Experience in writing unit and integration tests.
  • A good sense of UX/UI and a keen eye for detail.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js).
  • Exposure to internationalization, A/B testing and analytics integration.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
