We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Bengaluru. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and videos for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging creatives for digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google ads, emailers, etc.).
- Prepare and edit video content, including short-form reels, promotional videos, tutorials, and more.
- Enhance videos with animations, motion graphics, and special effects when necessary.
- Develop branding elements for real estate projects (logos, themes, signage, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaign goals are aligned with visual strategies.
- Edit photos and videos for use on digital platforms and promotional content.
- Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
- Organize and maintain a digital asset library for easy access and version control.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- A strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related design work.
- Understanding of digital formats, printing standards, and web/social media design specs.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and good visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
