Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced audit professional to lead our internal audit team. As an Assistant Manager, Internal Audit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead audits and financial reviews across multiple locations, identifying areas of risk and implementing controls to mitigate them.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, sampling strategies, and review schedules to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Conduct thorough financial reviews of projects, including site visits, to ensure funds are utilized for intended purposes.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams, offering practical solutions to complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including audit reports and MIS data.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and developments, advising on policy implementation.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in internal or statutory audit, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory and internal audit regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
