Job Overview

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems, components, and products. You will work closely with our team to deliver efficient engineering support and solutions to customers.

  • Create detailed specifications sheets and 3D CAD models for parts and assemblies.
  • Develop part and assembly drawings according to established industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering change notices (ECNs) and engineering change orders (ECOs).
  • Participate in design reviews and optimization activities to improve product performance and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering with a minimum of 2 years experience.
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment with US-based timings.
Key Technical Skills
  • Proficient in SolidWorks and Microsoft tools - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Sound knowledge of sheet metals, machined, and plastic parts.
  • Understanding of various manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Desirable Skills
  • Basic understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-up.
  • Understanding of FMEA.
  • Knowledge of design life cycle management tools e.g. Windchill/PLM.
