We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of technology products and solutions.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing new systems from the ground up with minimal support.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions using Java/Spring Boot, design patterns, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Postgres SQL, CD/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, Kafka, and Agile methodology.

In this role, you will work closely with local teams and partner teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing scalable and sustainable technology products and solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Conforming to quality standards and best practices
  • Identifying performance issues and optimizing solutions
  • Applying knowledge of security coding practices and secure system fundamentals
  • Leading end-to-end engineering for projects and problems of complex scope and impact
  • Ensuring engineering teams meet production SLAs of applications/systems

Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements:

  • BS or MS in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ yrs. professional experience in practice area including Java/Spring Boot, design patterns, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Postgres SQL, CD/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, Kafka, and Agile methodology
  • Strong software delivery fundamentals including automated testing, source control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment

Candidates with knowledge of microservices architecture patterns, familiarity with synchronous/asynchronous processing and error handling patterns with Spring Boot, and experience building web services and integrations with message-driven architecture will be prioritized.
