Job Title: Senior Data Science Lead

Job Description

As a seasoned professional in the field of data science, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented data scientists in solving complex problems in food technology. Your role will involve hands-on work and daily collaboration with the data science team to create, improve, and debug machine learning models across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Direction: Provide strategic direction and oversee the execution of machine learning initiatives to address specific business needs.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Machine Learning engineers in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and strategize innovative solutions.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in designing, building, and deploying machine learning models with a focus on accuracy and scalability. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ML algorithms libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and Scikit-Learn.

  • Strong Technical Skills: Solid understanding of AI, ML techniques related to Regression, Classification, Gradient Boosting, NLP, and Computer Vision.
  • Data Analytics: Good knowledge of using Optimization with OR Tools, strong hands-on skills in Data Analytics, Feature Engineering, and EDA Visualization using libraries like Pandas, Matplotlib, Plotly, etc.
  • Experience: Understanding of Dockerization and REST APIs.
