Dairy Operations Leader

The Deputy Plant Manager plays a critical role in achieving operational excellence and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This role involves ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high product quality standards, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and leading and developing plant staff.

1. Efficient Production Processes: Ensure timely completion of production tasks while adhering to quality and safety standards.
2. Quality Management: Implement and maintain effective quality control systems to ensure high-quality products.
3. Safety and Environmental Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
4. Staff Development: Lead and develop plant staff to improve performance and productivity.

Bachelor's degree in dairy technology or related field.

~15+ years of experience in heading dairy plant operations.

~ Experience in cheese production is an added advantage.

~ Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations.

~ Strong communication, management, and supervisory skills.
