Workplace Interior Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Interior Design Expert to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client's needs and expectations by collaborating with other team members.
  • Apply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
  • Design and deliver beautiful, functional workplace interiors for corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with team members to develop and refine design concepts.
  2. Apply creative and innovative thinking to deliver unique and inspiring designs.
  3. Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications.
  4. Create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept.
  5. Source and specify furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories to ensure cohesive and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
  6. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  7. Work collaboratively with the project team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  8. Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and provide guidance and advice.
  9. Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge in design software, products, and materials to remain current with industry trends and innovations.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), Photoshop, and Enscape.
  • Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical abilities.
  • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 1-3 years of experience required in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors).
  • Proven experience in workplace interior design.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with an ability to deliver unique and inspiring designs.
  • A portfolio showcasing your previous work and design style.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
