Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing the daily operations for the Identity & Access Management – Data Services function.

  • Aggregate native user data to Onecert, and ensure that processes are followed without deviations as per documented procedure.
  • Refresh user data periodically in Onecert to enable effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Extract, convert and upload user lists to Onecert in accordance with established procedures.
  • Generate reports and adhere to defined escalation processes to source user lists.
  • Implement catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes in Onecert.
  • Collaborate with external teams for sourcing user lists and work with support to understand application limitations/opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate risks pertaining to IAM processes and The Bank.
  • Enhance IAM processes in collaboration with IAM leaders.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication and good working etiquette with the team.
  • Undertake periodical reviews and exercises in relation to Application security for compliance to current procedures/processes and implement enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.
