Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Village Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting village surveys, sourcing new customers, and promoting financial literacy amongst potential borrowers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct village surveys and prospecting in selected villages to identify potential customers.
  • Source new customers in allocated locations, form JLG groups, and promote financial literacy amongst potential borrowers.
  • Collect all necessary information for sourcing, data entry, upload, and validation of documents on the Loan Origination System (LOS).
  • Coordinate with Branch Managers for required approvals and Credit Operations Officers at the branch for disbursements as per process.
  • Plan center meetings with customers, ensure 100% participation of borrowers, and resolve customer queries and promote top-ups, cross-selling as defined for the branch.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and document management.
