Telemarketing Representative

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to schools, preschools, and prospective parents to introduce Mumtree's products and services.

• Maintain and update the CRM with call details, follow-ups, and customer responses
• Schedule appointments for product demos or school visits for the sales team
• Follow up with warm leads from marketing campaigns, social media, and inquiries

Key responsibilities include:

1. Explain offerings such as PlayLabs, jungle gyms, climbing equipment, and custom play areas in a clear and engaging manner
2. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Required skills include:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus)
• Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain solutions effectively
