Job Title: Oracle VBCS Consultant

The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in designing, developing and deploying modern web and mobile applications using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). This role requires expertise in integrating VBCS with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop modern web and mobile apps using VBCS with integrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Worked on Oracle HCM Redwood pages.
  • Use JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and Oracle JET to extend Oracle Cloud functionalities.
  • Develop dynamic UIs using reusable components, REST integrations and responsive layouts.
  • Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication.
  • Deploy and manage VBCS applications using CI/CD tools and Git repositories.

Additional Responsibilities for Oracle HCM:
  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports and Fast Formulas.
  • Build and integrate HCM REST and SOAP web services for third-party systems.
  • Manage security profiles, roles, data access and workflow approvals in HCM.
  • Perform data loading and mass updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable configurations and extensions.
  • Strong experience in developing/supporting HCM Extracts.
  • Strong experience on Fast Formulas.
  • Hands-on experience in developing BI Publisher Reports and OTBI.
  • Good understanding on HCM Data Loader and HSDL.
  • Experienced in implementing User-defined Tables and lookups and Value sets.
  • Some experience on extracting the data using APIs.
