• Service Delivery: Provide detailed information about hospital services and doctors' availability, addressing any concerns or queries patients may have.
• Call Management: Maintain call records and update CRM/HMIS systems, ensuring seamless coordination with front office and clinical teams.
• Care Coordination: Ensure professional, empathetic, and courteous communication at all times, delivering a smooth patient experience.

• Educational Background: Graduate/Undergraduate degree with good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English) is essential.
• Telecalling Experience: Prior experience in hospital/healthcare telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, HMIS/CRM systems) is required.
• Social Interactions: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to handle patients with care are necessary attributes for this role.
