Job Opportunity:

We're seeking an Automation Expert to design and implement automation workflows using no-code and low-code tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel. This individual will work on building efficient systems that help businesses grow faster and more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and create custom connectors where necessary.
  • Develop smart backend workflows to reduce manual effort and increase speed across business units.
  • Establish a centralized automation library with templates, modules, and playbooks for reusability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement automation where it drives the most impact.
  • Perform development logic when required for custom scripts or advanced integrations.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Airtable)
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring (JSON/XML)
  • Ability to analyze workflows and build scalable, modular automation systems
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking - clean, maintainable systems are key
  • Strong documentation habits - building a library of repeatable automation templates is essential
  • Knowledge of Python or Java for building custom backend logic when required
