Global Financial Crimes Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support the coordination and delivery of financial crimes compliance issues program in accordance with the Global Financial Crimes Compliance Escalation and Issue Management Standard.
- Gather relevant data and information for issue management;
- Conduct research and coordinate with stakeholders to provide accurate information;
- Develop data-driven insights, reports, and presentation materials;
- Collaborate with regional teams as part of the IM Global Utility Management (GUM) team;
- Support GFCD IM Teams to provide accurate information and develop data-driven insights and presentation materials.
About the Role
This Analyst role will be responsible for gathering data, conducting research, and developing reports and presentation materials to support the Global Financial Crimes Division.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in Compliance or Risk Management;
- Advanced Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Team player with willingness to learn and work hard;
- Good work ethics with strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Bachelor's Degree required;
- Familiarity with data management or data visualization tools preferred.
