Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Consultant to join our team at Birlasoft. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and providing functional and technical expertise to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions for clients in the manufacturing and quality management space
  • Provide functional and technical inputs to data warehouse teams and ensure seamless integration with third-party systems
  • Collaborate with cross-module teams to design and deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client requirements
  • Analyze complex business processes and provide system solutions to satisfy client needs
  • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives to develop necessary product modifications
  • Create synthetic data for testing and work closely with development teams (ABAP)
  • Maintain good understanding of data dictionaries and participate in solution design, delivery, and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP functional consulting, with a focus on S/4HANA PP&QM
  • Experience in implementing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions, with a minimum of 4 successful implementations in lead roles
  • Strong knowledge of ECC and S/4HANA architecture, innovations, tables, and data elements
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent; MBA or Executive courses in Production Planning & Quality Management preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certification
  • Experience in Activate methodologies
  • Med Device Industry experience
