Data Analysis Specialist

As a valued member of our marketing organization, your responsibilities will include:

Optimizing Landing Pages

Analyze website performance and identify key metrics that drive user engagement and conversions. Assist in optimizing landing pages to maximize conversion rates through effective content and design strategies.

User Experience Enhancement

Support the continuous improvement of the signup flow and buying experience by analyzing user behavior and identifying conversion opportunities.

Data Insight Generation

Use SQL and BI tools to analyze large datasets, create dashboards, and generate reports from multiple data sources. Participate in analysis and reporting for web A/B testing initiatives, collaborating with the web team and product managers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with growth monetization product managers, the web team, and marketing leaders to leverage data for measuring success. Contribute to designing and developing insightful dashboards that help teams track their key performance indicators (KPIs).

Experience

SQL Proficiency

  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Power Bi, Python, or R with the ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.

Web Analytics Tools

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, as well as A/B testing platforms like Optimizely.

Basic Understanding of Web Analytics

  • Knowledge of fundamental web analytics concepts, including tracking implementations, audience segmentation, and goal setting.

BI Tools Excel Skills

  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Incorta) and proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets functions.

Communication Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations confidently to stakeholders.
