The Senior Quality Assurance Leader is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of applications, data, and development processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Refine software QA practices, define and report on key quality metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure system data and application features meet stringent quality standards.
- Lead a team of QA Engineers focused on building test cases and automating QA workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- More than 10 years of experience in QA roles.
- Strong experience with application, data, and API testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with Web-based technology architecture and data structure principles.
- Excellent database skills, including SQL query writing and management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
