Job Description

As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of daily functions to ensure the protection of property assets, employees, guests and property. This role requires maintaining logs, certifications and documents required by law and standard operating procedures.

You will assist in training staff in established emergency procedures and implement accident and fire prevention procedures. Your primary focus will be on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while meeting quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; 3 years of experience in security/loss prevention or related professional area preferred.
  • OR a 2-year degree from an accredited university in criminal justice or related major with 1 year of experience in security/loss prevention or related professional area.

Key skills include:

  • Managing security/loss prevention operations.
  • Assisting in conducting hazard and risk assessments.
  • Developing 'shut down' procedures for the property.
  • Complying with applicable federal, state and local law and safety regulations.
