Lead Software Developer - Cloud-Based Applications

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Software Developer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams, designing and implementing scalable software solutions, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications using C# .NET Core, MVC, ReactJs, and React Native
  • Pitching innovative ideas and testing new approaches
  • Managing the full lifecycle of supported applications, including enhancements, documentation, and maintenance
  • Supporting application outages and resolving escalated incidents using sound incident management practices
  • Analyzing business requirements, processes, data, and system integration points to determine appropriate technology solutions
  • Collaborating with other development teams for integration and deployment
  • Writing and delivering complex code and modules to meet functional and technical specifications
  • Designing, coding, testing, debugging, and implementing high-quality software
  • Understanding network concepts and terminology
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of architecting and developing integration projects using web services
  • Able to oversee code development and participate in problem-solving
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 9-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications
  • Experience in developing web-based applications using the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET Core)
  • Experience with React Native & offline database
  • Experience leading diverse teams, providing hands-on and technical requirements
  • Demonstrable knowledge in tuning and maintaining MS-SQL Server, stored procedures, and T-SQL
  • Knowledge of Web Services integration (REST, WSDL/SOAP, XML, JSON)
  • Sound understanding of Test tools usage of CI-CD pipeline, Kubernetes
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with coding/design patterns defining and implementing software development standards and best practices
