Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring high-quality delivery across all parameters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Audit interactions on product/process, communication and soft skills parameters.
  • Conduct audits and feedback to improve scores for training throughput or conversion.
  • Analyze data and create reports/decks to drive process improvement.
  • Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approach.
  • Raise awareness of the importance of positive customer experience.
  • Makes recommendations and drives process improvement.
  • Reduce learning curve and enhance product/process knowledge of new joiners.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
  • Interact with customers/clients using process knowledge and highlighting key areas to work on.
  • Prepare and publish TNA for 100% closure.
  • Provide real-time support as per business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience handling quality for outbound sales accounts.
  • Understanding of audit and coaching processes.
  • Excellent writing and comprehension skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of English communication including sentence construction, grammar, punctuation etc.
  • Effective presentation, feedback and coaching skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office preferably Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Customer orientation and customer service attitude.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and high energy levels.
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate quantitative and qualitative analysis.
