Lead Developer: Machine Learning Models

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning pipelines and models.
- Design and implement machine learning pipelines and models, including large language model (LLM) solutions.
- Translate prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components.
- Develop and fine-tune foundation models and LLMs for specific use cases.
- Train and optimize numeric machine-learning models.
- Apply prompt engineering and build agent-based architectures for complex task automation.
- Integrate models into backend systems and support real-time/batch inference services.
- Work with guardrails and observability tools to ensure safe and robust use of generative AI.
- Stay up to date with advances in AI and emerging LLM ecosystems to bring innovative capabilities to the team.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production.
- Hands-on experience with LLM solution development and integration.
- Solid understanding of modern LLM tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen.
- Proficiency with Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrails.
- Experience with CI/CD practices, version control, testing, and model governance.
