Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop sophisticated AI-powered applications using Appsmith AI, leveraging private/local LLM deployments and complex prompt engineering.
  • Orchestrate adaptive workflows that combine LLM intelligence with RPA for non-linear automations and greater flexibility.
  • Develop seamless LLM integrations with public and private LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, etc.) to unlock capabilities like text summarization, semantic search, and conversational agents.
  • Implement automation & orchestration solutions guided by RPA principles, embedding LLMs for adaptive automation including dynamic error handling and process logic.
  • Integrate with diverse data sources (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, REST/GraphQL APIs, SaaS platforms) to fuel real-time, AI-informed insights within business apps.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3-6 years of proven software development experience, with 2+ years in low-code/no-code and AI-enhanced applications.
  • Advanced skill in JavaScript, SQL, and API integration for building custom AI functionality.
  • Demonstrated experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) and their APIs for enabling generative and analytical features.
