Job Title - Flutter Mobile App Developer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Flutter developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications on both Android and iOS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Flutter applications for both iOS and Android
  • Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into responsive and maintainable Flutter UI
  • Integrate REST APIs and third-party libraries, ensuring smooth functionality and performance
  • Take ownership of the full mobile app lifecycle — from planning to deployment and maintenance
  • Proactively identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues
  • Collaborate effectively with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders
  • Use Git for version control and manage codebase collaboratively
  • Stay up to date with Flutter best practices, tools, and mobile app development trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of mobile development experience, including 3+ years with Flutter
  • Proven delivery of at least two Flutter apps to production on both Android and iOS
  • Strong skills in Dart, Flutter, and state management libraries (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC)
  • Ability to work independently and drive features from concept to deployment
  • Solid experience integrating REST APIs, managing local storage, and handling app state
  • Good understanding of mobile architecture, debugging, and optimization
  • Proficient in using Git for source control, branching, merging, and pull requests
  • Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and mobile analytics tools

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with native mobile development (Kotlin, Swift) is a plus
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Codemagic, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions
  • Knowledge of automated testing in Flutter
  • Understanding of app store submission guidelines and deployment processes
