Key Motion Graphics Design Role

We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. As a key member, you will work on high-profile sports broadcast projects, specifically horse racing coverage.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging motion graphics for live broadcasts, including show opens, transitions, and data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with producers, editors, and analysts to develop compelling visuals from racing data and narratives.
  • Design graphics templates for fast turnaround and live updates during race events.
  • Ensure brand compliance and network broadcast standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot graphics issues in live broadcast environments and support technical integration with real-time graphics systems.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in motion graphics design, preferably in sports broadcasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with real-time broadcast graphics platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of sports design aesthetics, particularly horse racing data (odds, timings, jockey statistics, race cards).
  • Proficiency in typography, color theory, pacing, and motion design principles.
  • Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with rapid turnaround.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in Motion Design, Broadcast Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
