This role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in building, managing, and optimizing complex integrations.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled individual with expertise in Workato, designing and deploying enterprise-level integrations across Salesforce and third-party applications.
  • You will develop and optimize Workato recipes, workflows, and connectors for end-to-end automation use cases such as employee onboarding, financial system syncs, notifications, and compliance alerts.
  • Implement error handling, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms for integrations in production.

Solution Design & Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and define scalable integration architectures.

Technical Implementation: Work extensively with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, Webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 for cross-platform integrations.

Project Leadership & Delivery: Manage and lead end-to-end integration projects independently, from requirement analysis to deployment and support.

Operations & Continuous Improvement: Monitor production integrations, ensuring performance, scalability, and stability.

The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workato, designing and managing complex integrations at scale, along with a strong working knowledge of Salesforce and at least two other major SaaS platforms.

This role requires proficiency in REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, Webhooks, OAuth, SSO, as well as strong scripting knowledge in JavaScript/Node.js (Python is a plus).
